HARRY HUGHES, Governor 2721 FOR the purpose of prohibiting any person from bringing into BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments, Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments Section 286A Annotated Code of Maryland (1976 Replacement Volume and 1980 Supplement) SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF Article 27 - Crimes and Punishments 286A. (a) A person who brings into this State, DELIVERS IN (1) 100 pounds or greater of marijuana; (2) 28 grams or greater of cocaine or any (3) 4 grams or more of morphine or opium or any (4) 1,000 DOSAGE UNITS OF LYSERGIC ACID (5) 28 GRAMS OR MORE OF PHENCYCLIDINE OR ANY IN (6) 1,000 DOSAGE UNITS OR MORE OF METHAQUALONE; (7) 28 GRAMS OR MORE OF METHAMPHETAMINES.
