HARRY HUGHES, Governor 201 (B) MORAL CHARACTER. THE APPLICANT SHALL BE OF GOOD MORAL CHARACTER. (C) AGE. THE APPLICANT SHALL BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. (D) EDUCATION. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS TITLE, AN (1) AN ELECTROLOGY EDUCATION PROGRAM THAT IS (I) AT LEAST 20 HOURS OF INSTRUCTION IN (II) AT LEAST 80 HOURS OF INSTRUCTION IN (2) AN ELECTROLOGY EDUCATION PROGRAM IN ANY (E) EXAMINATION. EXCEPT AS OTHERWISE PROVIDED IN THIS TITLE, THE (F) ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ELECTROLOGY IN ADDITION TO THE OTHER REQUIREMENTS OF THIS SECTION, (1) BE A LICENSED ELECTROLOGIST; (2) HAVE PRACTICED ELECTROLOGY ACTIVELY FOR AT (3) PASS THE ELECTROLOGY INSTRUCTOR EXAMINATION.
