[(5.)'] (6) In Harford County the rate is 6
percent per annum or as fixed by resolution of the County
Council; [and]

[(6)] (7) In Howard County the rate is 6 percent
per annum or as fixed by resolution of the County Council;
[and]

[(7)] (8) In Montgomery County the rate is 6
percent per annum or as fixed by resolution of the County
Council; [and]

[(8)] (9) In Prince George's County the rate is
6 percent per annum or as fixed by resolution of the County
Council; and

[(9)] (10) In Somerset, Wicomico, and Worcester
counties the rate is 6 percent per annum or as fixed by the
county commissioners or by resolution of the county council.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Calvert County Corrective Bill

FOR the purpose of making certain technical corrections in
the Public Local Laws of Calvert County by adding
certain material erroneously deleted and correcting
certain erroneously printed references; repealing
requirements that the County Commissioners provide
office space and clerical help for a certain State
Employment Security Administration office; generally
relating to the Public Local Laws of Calvert County;
and making this Act an emergency measure.
