(e) It is unlawful for any real estate salesman, agent
or broker to represent to any person that a residential
property is not available or that listings in a specified
price range are not available or that listings in addition
to those already shown are not available when such
residential property or listings are, in fact, available and
are within the price range specified by the prospective
buyer or renter, if such representation is based upon the
race, color, religion, sex, marital status, HANDICAP AS
DEFINED IN ARTICLE 49B, § 19 OF THIS CODE, or national
origin of the prospective buyer or renter to whom the
representation is made, or the composition or character of
the area in which the property described by such listings is
situated.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

FOR the purpose of providing for the levying of fines for
certain violations of alcoholic beverages laws in
Montgomery County in lieu of suspending or revoking
licenses.
