or improper disposal. These facilities shall be located
subject to the following considerations:

(10) [That where after due consideration for the
geological stability of a location and any possible effects
to a public or private water supply become known, the
facility site may not be used.] THAT THERE IS DUE
CONSIDERATION FOR THE GEOLOGICAL STABILITY OF A LOCATION AND
FOR THE SAFETY AND PRESERVATION OF PUBLIC AND PRIVATE WATER
SUPPLIES. IF THE LOCATION OF A FACILITY SITE WILL RESULT IN
ANY ADVERSE EFFECTS TO A PUBLIC OR PRIVATE WATER SUPPLY, THE
FACILITY SITE MAY NOT BE APPROVED.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Property Tax Assessment Appeal Board - Removal of Members

FOR the purpose of authorizing and, in some cases, requiring

the Administrator of the Property Tax Assessment

Appeals Boards to initiate the removal of members of a
Board; making misconduct a grounds for removal from a
Board; generally providing for the removal of members
from a Property Tax Assessment Appeal Board; and
clarifying language.

FOR the purpose of requiring the Administrator of the
Property Tax Assessment Appeals Boards to take certain
actions; and making certain conduct grounds for removal
of members from a Property Tax Assessment Appeal Board.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
