Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment
provisions of the Regulatory Programs Evaluation Act of
1978, §§ 8-301, 8-302(a)(l), (b), (c), and (d), 8-303,
8-304, 8-305, and 8-306 of this title relating to the Board
of Savings and Loan ASSOCIATION Commissioners and the
Division of Savings and Loan Associations and relating to
the regulations of savings and loan associations are of no
effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1982] 1988.

PROVISIONS OF THE Regulatory Programs Evaluation Act of
1978, the provisions of this subtitle relating to the Board
of Savings and Loan ASSOCIATION Commissioners and the

the regulations of savings and loan associations are of no
effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1982] 1988.

relate to the Board of SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
Commissioners and the Division of Savings and Loan
Associations and that relate to the regulation of savings
and loan associations are of no effect and may not be
enforced after July 1, [1982] 1988.

Subject to the evaluation and reestablishment
provisions of the Regulatory Programs Evaluation Act of
1978, the provisions of §§ 10-101(d), 10-106, 10-107,
10-111, and 10-112 of this title that relate to the Board of
Savings and Loan Association Commissioners and the Division
of Savings and Loan Associations and [relating] THAT RELATE
to regulation of savings and loan associations are of no
effect and may not be enforced after July 1, [1982] 1988.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Policy
Committee of the General Assembly shall undertake a study of
the Act and shall report to the General Assembly by December
1, 1981. The study shall include an evaluation of the
quality and effectiveness of the evaluation performed under
this Act, the implementation of the recommendations made by
the Department of Fiscal Services, and the legislative
