SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative

Departments

256F.

(b) The Register shall include:

(1)  Every document required to be published in
the Code of Maryland Regulations;

(2)  Every notice of proposed agency rule making
or repeal;

(3)  The text of all proposed regulations, with
additions, amendments, or deletions indicated by symbols
determined by the Administrator;

(4)  Every notice of public [hearings] HEARING OR
MEETING issued by an agency;

(5)  Every rule of court proposed for adoption
and directed to be published by the Chief Judge of the Court
of Appeals;

(6)  Every rule of court adopted or permitted to
be adopted by the Court of Appeals; every administrative
regulation adopted by the Chief Judge of the District Court;
and those administrative orders or memoranda issued by the
Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals or the Administrative
Office of the Courts which are directed to be published by
the Chief Judge of the Court of Appeals;

(7)  [The hearing calendars of the Court of
Appeals and Court of Special Appeals;

(8)] Every executive order;

[(9)] (8) The name, county of residence, office
to which appointed, effective date of appointment, term of
office, and salary, of all appointments made by the
Governor, except notaries public and special police, whether
or not requiring approval by the House of Delegates or the
Senate of Maryland, or both;
