(h) In Cecil County,

(5) THE STATE'S ATTORNEY IS THE APPOINTING
AUTHORITY FOR ALL EMPLOYEES OF THAT OFFICE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That section(s)
of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland be repealed,
amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 8 - Cecil County

1-31A.

THE TREASURER IS THE APPOINTING AUTHORITY FOR ALL
EMPLOYEES OF THAT OFFICE.

SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is
hereby" declared to be an emergency measure and necessary for
the immediate preservation of the public health and safety
and having been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by
three-fifths of all the members elected to each of the two
Houses of the General Assembly, the same shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved May 12, 1981.

CHAPTER 317

(Senate Bill 797)

AN ACT concerning

Automobile Dismantlers and Recyclers

FOR the purpose of increasing the number of vehicles an
automotive dismantler and recycler may store on 1 acre
of land if the vehicles are crushed; and prohibiting
the storage of crushed vehicles on more than 1 acre per
place of business.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
