SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article - Transportation

15-513.

An automotive dismantler and recycler may not store
vehicles at his place of business at a density of more than:

(1)  250 vehicles for any 1 acre IF THE VEHICLES
ARE NOT CRUSHED; OR

(2)  500 VEHICLES PER ACRE IF THE VEHICLES ARE
CRUSHED, PROVIDED THAT CRUSHED VEHICLES MAY NOT BE STORED ON
MORE THAN 1 ACRE PER PLACE OF BUSINESS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.
