Ch. 308

(b)  A Class B driver's license authorizes the licensee
to drive:

(1)  Vehicles OR COMBINATIONS OF VEHICLES, OTHER
THAN COMBINATIONS OF CLASS F (TRACTOR) AND CLASS C (TRAILER)
VEHICLES, with a registered gross VEHICLE weight OR
REGISTERED GROSS COMBINATION WEIGHT of more than 25,000
pounds, EXCLUDING COMBINATIONS OF CLASS F (TRACTOR) AND
CLASS G (TRAILER) VEHICLES; and

(2)  Except as provided in § 16-103 (c) of this
subtitle, any vehicle that a Class C or D driver's license
authorizes its holder to drive.

(c)  A Class C driver's license authorizes the licensee
to drive:

(1)  Buses;

(2)  Class J (van pool) vehicles; and

(3)  Any vehicle that a Class D driver's license
authorizes its holder to drive.

(d)  A Class D driver's license authorizes the licensee
to drive any vehicle OR COMBINATIONS OF VEHICLES, except:

(1)  Combinations of CLASS F (TRACTOR) AND CLASS
G (TRAILER) vehicles;

(2)  Vehicles OR COMBINATIONS OF VEHICLES with a
registered gross VEHICLE weight OR REGISTERED GROSS
COMBINATION WEIGHT of more than 25,000 pounds, but not
including an uncoupled truck tractor;

(3)  Buses;

(4)  Motorcycles; and

(5)  Class J (van pool) vehicles.

(e)  A Class E driver's license authorizes the licensee
to drive motorcycles.

(f)  Subject to the provisions of the Maryland Vehicle
Law[:

(1)  A Class B, C, or D licensee may drive the
type of vehicle that he is licensed to drive and to which is
attached a trailer, semitrailer, or pole trailer, if the
trailer, semitrailer, or pole trailer does not have a
registered gross weight of more than 10,000 pounds; and

(2)  A], A Class A, B, C, or D licensee may:
