[(i)](1) Drive any tow truck, AS DEFINED
IN AND REGISTERED IN ACCORDANCE WITH § 3-920 OF THIS
ARTICLE, designed and used only for towing vehicles; and

[(ii)](2) Tow any vehicle with that tow
truck.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Washington County - Railroad Line Construction

FOR the purpose of providing that before a railroad line is
acquired or constructed in Washington County and before
any real, personal, or leasehold property interest is
acquired for the purposes of the railroad line, the
Board of County Commissioners of Washington County
shall first determine that the proposed railroad line
will contribute preservation and attraction of
general industry, rather than solely of the railroad
industry, to the county the current powers of the Board
of County Commissioners of Washington County in regard
to acquiring property or an interest in property, for
the acquisition, construction, or maintenance of
railroad lines in the county shall be exercised for the
purpose of preserving and attracting industry in
general, rather than only for preserving and attracting
the railroad industry.
