(a) If any respondent refuses to comply with an order
of the Commission made within the scope of any of these
subtitles, the Commission may, represented by its general
counsel, institute litigation in the appropriate equity
court of the county or in Baltimore City where the alleged
discrimination took place to enforce compliance with any of
the provisions of this article.

The court, in hearing said case shall be governed by
the judicial review standards as set forth in the
Administrative Procedures Act, §§ 255-256 of Article 41 of
the Annotated Code of Maryland[, except that additional
evidence if otherwise admissible under the law of evidence,
may be presented to the court without the necessity of an
application or without the necessity of showing reasons for
the failure to present it at the hearing before the
Commission].

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Anne Arundel County - Salary for Counsel
to Election Board

FOR the purpose of providing that the salary of the counsel
to the Board of Supervisors of Elections in Anne
Arundel County shall be as provided in the annual
county budget, but shall not be less than the salary of
a board member.
