(2)  The holder of any prior mortgage or deed of
trust [who receives such notice] shall notify the holder of
the subordinate [mortgage or security] interest in writing
of any proposed foreclosure sale in accordance with the
requirements of the Maryland Rules of Procedure applicable
to the giving of notice to the mortgagor or grantor of the
mortgage or deed of trust being foreclosed.

(3)  FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE NOTICE
REQUIREMENTS PROVIDED IN THIS SUBSECTION DOES NOT AFFECT THE
VALIDITY OF THE SALE UNDER THE MORTGAGE OR DEED OF TRUST AND
A BONA FIDE PURCHASER FOR VALUE AT THE SALE IS UNDER NO DUTY
TO ASCERTAIN WHETHER THE NOTICE WAS VALIDLY GIVEN.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Human Relations Commission - Judicial Review Standards

FOR the purpose of deleting an exception to the standard for
admission of additional evidence by a court hearing
certain cases involving the Human Relations Commission
conforming the provisions of the Human Relations Law to
the Administrative Procedure Act in regard to the
standard for judicial review of certain cases before
the Commission on Human Relations.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
