(II) AT LEAST 2 YEARS' TRAINING OR ITS
EQUIVALENT UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF A REGULAR MEMBER IN GOOD
STANDING OF THE ASSOCIATION, A LICENSED PHYSICIAN OR A
LICENSED OR CERTIFIED PSYCHOLOGIST.

(B)  UNLESS THE INDIVIDUAL USES AS A TITLE OR DESCRIBES
THE SERVICES THE INDIVIDUAL PROVIDES BY USE OF THE WORDS
"PSYCHOLOGICAL", "PSYCHOLOGIST", OR "PSYCHOLOGY", THIS TITLE
DOES NOT LIMIT:

(1)  THE RIGHT OF AN INDIVIDUAL TO PRACTICE A
HEALTH OCCUPATION THAT THE INDIVIDUAL IS AUTHORIZED TO
PRACTICE UNDER THIS ARTICLE; OR

(2)  THE RIGHT OF AN INDIVIDUAL WHO IS A MEMBER
OF A RECOGNIZED PROFESSION TO PROVIDE SERVICES CONSISTENT
WITH THE TRAINING AND ETHICAL STANDARDS OF THE INDIVIDUAL'S
PROFESSION.

(C) (1) ON THE PETITION OF ANY PERSON OR ON THE
DIRECTOR'S OWN INITIATIVE, THE DIRECTOR OF MENTAL HYGIENE
MAY DETERMINE WHETHER AN OCCUPATION OR PROFESSION QUALIFIES
AS A RECOGNIZED PROFESSION UNDER THIS SECTION.

(2) A DETERMINATION BY THE DIRECTOR OF MENTAL
HYGIENE IS NOT REQUIRED FOR AN OCCUPATION OR PROFESSION TO
QUALIFY AS A RECOGNIZED PROFESSION UNDER THIS SECTION.

16-202.

(a) (2) Of the six Board members:

(i) One shall be a consumer member; and

(ii) Five shall be [certified] LICENSED
psychologists, of whom:

1.  At least two shall be engaged
primarily in providing psychological services; and

2.  At least two shall be engaged
primarily in teaching, training, or research in psychology.

(b)  Each psychologist member of the Board shall be:

(1)  A [certified] LICENSED psychologist who has
practiced, taught, or engaged in research in psychology for
at least 5 years;

(2)  A citizen of the United States; and

(3)  A resident of this State.

16-207.

(a) (1) Except for the fees specifically set by this
title, the Board shall set reasonable fees for the issuance
