1338 LAWS OF MARYLAND Ch. 236 PROBLEMS, EMOTIONAL DISORDERS CONDITIONS, OR MENTAL (II) THE USE OF PSYCHOLOGICAL METHODS TO (III) THE USE OF BIOFEEDBACK INSTRUMENTS (3) IN THIS SUBSECTION, "PSYCHOLOGICAL METHODS", (F) "PSYCHOLOGIST" MEANS AN INDIVIDUAL WHO PRACTICES 16-102. This title does not limit the right of an individual to practice a health occupation that the individual is authorized to practice. (1) [under] UNDER this article; (2) UNDER A REGULATION ADOPTED UNDER THIS ARTICLE; OR (3) UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AN INDIVIDUAL AUTHORIZED TO PRACTICE UNDER THIS ARTICLE. (A) IN THIS SECTION, "RECOGNIZED PROFESSION" INCLUDES ANY PROFESSION REPRESENTED BY A NATIONALLY ORGANIZED (1) WAS INCORPORATED ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 1, (2) HAS A CODE OF ETHICS THAT GOVERNS THE PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT OF ITS MEMBERS; AND (3) REQUIRES FOR REGULAR MEMBERSHIP: (I) A MASTERS OR DOCTORAL DEGREE IN UNIVERSITY; AND
