SALES ARE PERMITTED FROM 9 A.M. TO 1 A.M. ON THE FOLLOWING
DAY;

(2)  ON FRIDAY AND SATURDAY, SALES ARE PERMITTED
FROM 9 A.M. TO 2 A.M. ON THE FOLLOWING DAY;

(3)  ON SUNDAY , SALES ARE PERMITTED FROM 11
A.M. TO 1 A.M. ON THE FOLLOWING DAY; PROVIDED, HOWEVER,
THAT SALES ARE PERMITTED UNTIL 2 A.M. ON THE FOLLOWING DAY
WHEN THE FOLLOWING DAY (MONDAY) HAS BEEN DESIGNATED BY THE
FEDERAL GOVERNMENT AS ONE OF THE FOLLOWING HOLIDAYS:
WASHINGTON'S BIRTHDAY, MEMORIAL DAY, INDEPENDENCE DAY, LABOR
DAY, VETERANS DAY AND CHRISTMAS.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

AN ACT concerning

Workmen's Compensation - Frederick County
Volunteer Fire and Rescue Squad Companies

FOR the purpose of providing that the Frederick County
Commissioners may levy a tax to provide workmen's
compensation benefits to certain members of fire and
rescue squad companies of Frederick County.

FOR the purpose of providing that, in Frederick County,
volunteer firemen and rescue squadmen shall be eligible
for certain workmen's compensation benefits under
certain circumstances.

BY adding to repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF

be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:
