[(5)] (4) Impersonates another practitioner;

[(6)] (5) Is convicted of a crime involving
moral turpitude;

[(7)] (6) Habitually uses alcohol, or any
narcotic or stimulant, to the extent that the individual is
unable to perform professional duties competently; or

[(8)] (7) Solicits or advertises in a false or
misleading manner or in any other manner not approved by the
Board.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

definition of "pharmacy" in the Maryland Pharmacy Act.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland

(as enacted by Chapter ____ (H.B. 1) of the Acts of the

General Assembly of 1981) be repealed, amended, or enacted
to read as follows:

Article - Health Occupations

12-101.

(h) "Pharmacy" means an establishment in which[:

(1) Drugs] DRUGS,, medicines, or devices are
dispensed, sold, or offered for sale[; or
