Ch. 181

(1) THE DATE ON WHICH THE CURRENT LICENSE
EXPIRES;

[(1)] (2) That the renewal application and fee
must be received by the Board on or before September 1; and

[(2)] (3) The amount of the renewal fee.

[(b)] (C) A licensee periodically may renew a license
for additional 1-year terms if the licensee:

(1)  Otherwise is entitled to be licensed;

(2)  Pays a renewal fee of at least $20 as set by
the Board; and

(3)  Submits to the Board:

(i) A renewal application on the form that
the Board requires; and

(ii) Satisfactory evidence of compliance
with the continuing education requirements set by the Board
under this section for license renewal.

[(c)] (D) (1) The Board may establish continuing
education requirements as a condition to the renewal of
licenses under this section.

(2) Any requirements established under this
subsection shall reflect current educational methods and
chiropractic techniques.

[(d)] (E) The Board shall renew the license of and
issue a renewal certificate to each licensee who meets the
requirements of this section.

3-310.

Subject to the hearing provisions of § 3-311 of this
subtitle, the Board may deny a license to any applicant,
reprimand any licensee, or suspend or revoke a license if
the applicant or licensee:

[(1) Practices chiropractic without having been
issued an annual renewal certificate as required by this
title;]

[(2)] (1) Fraudulently or deceptively obtains or
attempts to obtain a license for the applicant or licensee
or for another;

[(3)] (2) Fraudulently or deceptively uses a
license;

[(4)] (3) Practices chiropractic under a false
name;
