OR SUSPEND OR REVOKE THE REGISTRATION OR CERTIFICATION OF A
PHYSICIAN'S ASSISTANT, AN ACUPUNCTURIST, OR A CARDIAC RESCUE
TECHNICIAN.

(V) REPORT TO THE COMMISSION ANY CONDUCT
OF AN INDIVIDUAL REGULATED EXCLUSIVELY BY THE BOARD THAT MAY
CAUSE THE COMMISSION TO REPRIMAND OR PLACE THE INDIVIDUAL ON
PROBATION OR SUSPEND OR REVOKE THE REGISTRATION OR
CERTIFICATION OF THE INDIVIDUAL.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act
shall take effect July 1, 1981.

CHAPTER 151

(House Bill 232)

AN ACT concerning

Petroleum Transporters - Exclusion for Farmers

FOR the purpose of exempting farmers from certain provisions
of law relating to petroleum exporters; and limiting
the exemption to individuals while actually engaged in
the trade or business of farming when using certain
carrying or transporting devices.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 56 - Licenses

Section 148(a)(1)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1979 Replacement Volume and 1980 Supplement)

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That section(s) of the Annotated Code of Maryland
be repealed, amended, or enacted to read as follows:

Article 56 - Licenses

148.

(a) As used in this section, the following words have
the meanings indicated:

(1) (I) "Conveyance" means any carrying or
transporting device which has a capacity exceeding 50
gallons, exclusive of the fuel supply tank, if any, for its
own propulsion. The term includes a vehicle, vessel,
pipeline, or tank car.
