        Accon Accrewed to the Said Margrett to have and require of ye Sd
        Anthony the Afd 3427lb tobo. According to the form and Effect of
        the afd recovery And thereupon She brings this Suit and into Court

     Trespasse upon the Case for the Sume
           of three thousand four hundred twenty Seven pounds of tobo.
           due unto him by account from him the Sd Anthony
           Richardson ~
                  And the Said Anthony Richardson in his proper
           prson Comes into Court and Saith that he Cannot gainsay ye:
           Plaintif his accon Nor but that he Justly oweth unto the
           Said John the Sume of three thousand four hundred
           twenty Seven pounds of tobacco as the plaintf. above
           Alledgeth Whereupon the Sd. Plaintf. by His Said Attry comes
           into Court and remitts the Costs yt. accrew on the afd Accon ==
                  Therefore it is Considered by the Court here this day (to wit)
           the fifteenth day of August Anno Domi 1699 that the Said John
           Pemberton do recover agt. the Sd. Anthony Richardson the
