                The which Writ was retd. Cepi Corps. And Contd. untill this 25th. day
        of August 1702 When the Deft. in his prpr prson Comes and —
        In open Court Sayth that he is Justly indebted unto the Plfs in the
        Sume afd & is willg yt. Judgt. &ca.
                It is therefore Considered by the Court here the Same day &
        Year that the Sd. Plfs Micah Perry and Compa. afd recovber agt the Sd
        Jno. Austin As well the Sume of one thousand two hundred
        Eighty two pounds of tobacco debt afd As the Sume of three
        hundred and Seventeen      pounds of tobacco Cost Of Suit &
        the Defendt. in Mercy &ca/

           at |    of Kent County Planter was Attached to
      Andrew Prewet |    Answer unto Henry Davis of A plea yt he
        render him the full and Just Sume of twelve hundred pounds
        of tobacco which to him he oweth and from him he unjustly
        deteineth. As Pr Caps. retd in this Court appeares
                Whereupon the Said Andrew in his prpr prson Appeares
        And in open Court Sayth that he is Justly indebted unto ye.
        Sd plf in the Sume afd And is therefore willing yt Judgt. &ca.
                Whereupon It is Considered by the Court the twenty fifth
        day of August Anno Dmi 1702/ that the Said Henry Davis
        Recover agt. the Said Andrew Prewet As well the Sume
        of twelve hundred pounds of tobacco the debt afd As the
Clk 24    Sume of two hundred and nineteen pounds of tobo.
        Cost of Suit and the Defendt. in Mercy &ca. –
