             The Sher^f Made retⁿ. thereof Endorsed Attached &c^a~ as by Sd writt
             and retⁿ. May at Large Appear fild in this Co^rt —
                And now here this twenty fifth day of August Anno 1702
             Comes the Said Edm^d. Mackdaniel def^t. and Garnishee by M Earle
             his Att^ry And for plea in abatem^t. of the writt Sayth that the
             Same Issued before the end of the last Court and was there=
             upon returnable tot eh Same Co^rt and not to this Co^rt to which
             the Same is now retⁿ. wherefore prays Abatem^t. &c^a. —————
                Which being by Court heard the S^d. Writt accordingly
