        if found in his bayliwick and him Safe keep So that he might have his body
      before the Justices of his Majesties county Court of Kent to be held for the Said County
      the fourth tuesday of Jan^ry next to Satisfy unto Isaac Caulk as well the Sume of
      five hundred forty nine pounds of Tobacco y^e. debt as also the Sume of Two hundred and
      Sixty one pounds of Tobacco Costs of Suit according to a Judg^t. recovered ag^t. him &c^a.
      As by the Said precept It was Commanded; and now here at this day To wit the 27^th.
      day of Jan^ry Comes the Said Sher^f. And Makes retⁿ. of his Said precept Endorsed Cepi
