        lead away against the peace of our Sovereign Lord the
        King and against the form of the Act of Assembly
        in that Case Made and Provided. Macklin pr Dmo rege
        And this Tryall having been Continued from Cort to Cort from
        March Last untill this twenty fifth day of Augt. 1702 —
        And Now the Said Wm. being Called to the barr to Answr:
        the Prems. for plea Sayth that he is not Guilty and puts
        himself upon the Countrey.    And the Sd Richd. Macklin who
        prsecuteth &ca. Whereupon Comand is given the Sherf of Kent
        County that he immediatly Cause to Come here twelve &ca. by whom
        &ca. Who unto &ca. because As well &ca.//
                Of which Said precept the Sherf Makes retn that he has
        Now here Twelve &ca. As by his precept It was Comanded to
        wit Thos. Covington Henr Morgan Robt. Parks David Davison
        Ri    Collins Xr. Pinder Saml. Wallis Saml Thomas Charles
        Marshall Thoms. Piner Geo Smith Tho. Tolly ——
        Who being Elected tryed and Sworn to the Truth in the prmises
        Do Say upon their Oaths we of the Jury find for ye. deft
        Which being by the Court heard It is Considered ys. 25th.

        day of August Afd that the Said Charles^ Hollinsworth
        be acquitted from the Indictmt: afd And go thereof —
        Without day paying his fees ~
