                                         August Court 1702
        Which Said Accon depending be Cont^d. from Co^rt to Court untill this
      present Court the Said Eliz^a. Now appeares and Submitts to the Court
        Who was thereupon orderd to Serve the S^d. Mason her Master
        four Months after the Expiration of her indented time for the
        Discredit & damage done to the house. and likewise pay the Sume
        of twenty Shillings fine according to Law And All fees acruing.

        Ordered That no Att^ry in this Court bring any accon but
        what he Shall first file his warrant of Att^ry for ~
        Also that all Attorneys file their declarations fifteen days after the Co^rt
        of Appearance And that the def^ts. Att^rys file their pleas five days ~
        before the Court of Tryall ~
                And lastly that the Clerk receive no pleas if not Come to his
        hand in due time according to rule of Court and the Said Att^ry pay
        the Damages accruing to his Client. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
