        Instigated did the twentyeth day of August Anno Dmi 1702 —
        Committ Adultery with a certaine Daniel Smith agt. the peace
        of our Lady the Queen and against the form of the act of Assembly
        in that Case Made And provided Macklin pr Dma rega
                To Which Said Indictm ye. Said Mary being Called to Answer
        She Confessd, and Submitted to the Cort Who was thereupon Orderd
        to be Immediatly Carryed to the Whipping post and receive
        fifteen Lashes on her bare back well layd on which Sd Order
        the Sherf. Made retn yt. he had Executed ~
