        Thomas Hawkins being order’d to give Security for his Appearance
        at the next provl. Court    Comes into Court and Acknowledges him:
        Self to be Indebted unto Her Majty Queen Anne of England &ca. in the full
        and Just Sume of fifty pounds Sterg. likewise Comes into Court
        John Whittington and John Hacket and Acknowledge themselves
        to be severally indebted unto her Sd Majty in the Sume of twenty five
        pounds Sterg. the said Severall Sums to be levyed of their and every
        of their Lands and tenements goods and Chattells respectivly to the use
        of her Said Majty her heires or Successors in Case the Said Thomas
        Hawkins do not make his prsonall appearance before ye. Justices of
        her Majtys next Provll. Court there to Answer unto Such things as
        on her Majtys behalf Shall be objected agt. him &ca. ~
           Wm Carman Thomas Carman John Hollinsworth &
        John Champney bound by Recognizance as abovesd. in the
        Sume of twenty five pounds Sterg Each to be levyed as Abovesd:
        In Case they the Said Several prsons Shall not Appear at
        the next provll. Court against    the Said Thomas Hawkins
        To Testfy. the truth of their knowledge . & likewise agt:
        Charles Hollinsworth on her Majtys behalf ~

             Peter Mersey and Thomas Mounsier in their prper prsons &
        Phillip Duff by John Ponder his Surety, Are bound to Appear
        As Evidences here next Court In the Sume of ten pds Sterg ~
           John Ponder Junr. and Richard Ponder are bound in twenty
        pounds Sterg. And John Ponder Senr. & Tho: Ford are bound in
        ten pounds Sterg Each to be levy’d as is abovesd. in Case the Sd.
        Jno. Ponder Junr. and Richd. Ponder do not Make their Appearance
        at the next Court

           Ordered Isaac Caulk Credit the grand Jury for four
           hundred pounds of tobo. this Cort to be repd. in ye. Levy

        At Edward Fryes for three hundred pounds of tobacco. But
        Mr. Hopkins Mr. Chaires and Mr. Hynson pray that it May
