	a^t	\| the Plaint^fs. by Richard Macklin their Att^ry prays bayle
	W^m. Dakers	\| which being granted the Said Def^t. is Comitted into
		the Sher^fs. Custody for want thereof and this Cause
		is Continued untill next Court ~

	Jerm^h. Miles	\| John Jones als dict^s John Jones of Kent County planter
	a^t	\| was Summoned to answer unto Jerem Miles of A plea
	John Jones	\| five hundred twenty four
		\| that he render him the Sume of Two thousand^ pds
		of good Sound Merchantable tobacco in good Seasoned

      Casq free from Trash or ground leaves which to him he oweth
      As by the declaration filed in this Court by Richard Macklin
      Att^ry of the Plaintif May at large Appeare —
                And this Cause Standing for Tryall The declⁿ having been
      Served with the writt in order for The Same according to act of Assmly
          The Said Plaint^f. by his Att^ry afd Offers himself against y^e.
      Said Defendant in the accon Afd but the Said Defend^t. by himself
      or his Att^ry Comes not to make defence to the Accon afd but Makes
      default _ Which being by the Court Understood It is by them
      Considered this Seventh day of Aprill Anno Domini 1702 that the
        Said Jerem^h Miles recover ag^t. the Said John Jones as well the
      Sume of two thousand five hundred twenty four pounds of tob^o:
      the Debt afd As the Sume of three hundred and One pounds —
      ~~pounds~~ of Tobacco Costs of Suit and the defend^t. in mercy &c^a.
