Demurr Joyned Earle pr plf Which Demurrer and Replication being by the Court heard and Understood It was proceeded upon to Judgt. But for as much As the plaintf. prayd Bayle to the accon It was first granted Whereupon Came the Said Deft. with Edwd. Stevenson his Security Who undertook for the Said Ralph that in Case he Should be Cast in this Accon he should pay and Satisfy the Condemnacon there of or render his body to the Custody of the Sherf there to remain &ca. Or he the Said Edward would do it for him ~ And Now this Seventh day of Aprill afd It is by the Court Here Considered that the Said Jno.
