        render them the full and Just Sume or quantity of Eighteen
        hundred pounds of good Sound Merch^table tobacco in Casq
        Which from them they unjustly detaine As by the declⁿ filed
        In this Court May At Large Appeare ~
                And this Cause Standing for Tryall The Defend^t. in his
        p^rper Sayth that he Cannot gainsay the plaint^fs. their accon
        So as afd against him brought nor but y^t. he is Justly
        indebted unto the S^d. Plfs in the Same and is therefore willing
        that Judg^t. be entered Against him for the Same afd
           Which being by the Court heard And understood It is by
        them Considered this Seventh day of Aprill Anno Domⁱ 1702
        That the Said John Hynson & Ux^r: Adm^rs. as afd recover
        Against the Said Patrick Obryan as well the Sume of eighteen
        hundred pounds of tobacco the debt afd As the Sume of four
