Aprill Court 1702 Imprs. the plaintf. in his decln declares that Henry Hynson and Mary his wife was Attached &ca. And in the body of his Said decln Alledges Medecines Applied to Mary in Consideration whereof Mary Assumed &ca. but hath not averred that the Said Mary was Sole when She Ass: :sumed and a women under Covert Barron Cannot Contract or Assume Demurrer Joyned Earle pr Plf Which decln And Demurr &ca. being heard and understood by the Justices here Itis by them Considered this Seventh day of Parill Anno Domi 1702 That The Said Andrew Imbert take nothing by his writ afd but be in Mercy for his false Clamour And that the Said Henry Hynson & Uxr. Go thereof without day And it is likewise Considered that the Said Henry Hynson recover against the Said Andrew Imbert the Sume of One hundred And fifty Six pounds of tobacco by the Court here adjudged him for his Costs and Charges in this behalf laid out and Expended ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~

Which being by the Court heard It Is by them Considered this Seventh day of Aprill Anno Domi 1702 that the said Edwd. Stevenson recover against ye.
