                                         Aprill Court
        in part of the Obligation in the Plaintifs Declⁿ Menconed Nor
        Neither ought the Said Defend^ts: to have the Sume of two hund:
        :red and Six pounds of tobacco for pasturing Sheering and Securing
        Sheep as the Afd Defend^ts. in their afd plea have prayed and
        thereupon the Plaint^f. prays Judg^t. for his debt and Damages &c^a:
                And the Said Defend^t. in his Said Capacity by his afd Att^ry for
        Rejoynder Sayth that the afd Two hhds of tobacco in the defts plea
        menconed was paid and Satisfyed unto the Said Plaint^f. in p^rt
        of the Said Debt in y^e. plfs declaration Contained And that he the
        Said Defend^t. Ought to have (Reasonably) Allowed him y^e. Sume
        of Two hundred and Six pounds of tobacco for pasturing Sheer
        :ing And Securing of Sheep of the Said Plaintifs as in the S^d.
        Defend^ts. plea is Set forth And of this the Said Defend^t. puts
        himself upon the Countrey ~ Earle p^r d^ce. & y^e. plf also Macklin p^r q^r.

        Thereupon Comand is given the Sher^f of Kent County that he imme:
        =diately Cause to Come here twelve &c^a. by whom &c^a. who neither
        &c^a. be Cause As well &c^a. Who Makes retⁿ. of his Sd precept y^t.
        Same day and year that he has here ready twelve &c^a. As by his
        precept it was Comanded (to wit) Thomas Covington W^m. Robison
        Hen^r. Hynson John Haymner John Tylliard Richard Mason Charles
        Hollinsworth Sam^ll. Tovy Robert Parks Rob^t. Peark Hen^r Willcocks
        And Patrick Obryan Who being Elected tryed and Sworn to
        Say the truth in the Premises and having heard the pleadings
        And Allegations on both Sides Do Say upon their Oaths
        We of the Jury find for the Plaint^f. two hundred and Six
        pounds of tobacco damages And Cost of Suit ——
                Which being by the Court heard and understood It is
        Considered by the Justices here this Seventh day of Aprill afd
        That the Said W^m. ffrisby recover ag^t. the Said John Toaes
        Adm^r. as afd the Sume of two hundred and Six pounds of tob^o.
        Debt for Damages afd And the Sume of three hundred and
        Eleven    ~    ~    ~ pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit & y^e. def^t:
