        Patrick Obryan Who being Elected Tryed and Sworn to Say ye. truth
      in the Premises And having heard the pleadings and Allegations
      on both Sides Do Say upon their Oaths we of the Jury find for
      the Defendants

        them is Considered this Seventh day of Aprill afd that the

        house of Entertainment from the twenty Sixth day of Janry Anno
        Domi Ann 1697 untill the 28th day of Novr Anno 1701 And during
        the time that the afd Edward was So lycens’d the Said Edward
        At the Speciall Instance and request of the Said Samuell Tovy
        At Chester river afd within the Jurisdiction afd Sold and delivered
        unto the Said Samuel diverse quantities of Liquors and Also
        Accomodated the Said Samuell with diverse other Ordry Accomo=
        :dations As Appeares by the Account thereof to this decln Annex’d
        And hereinto Court brought Amounting to the Sume of five
        hundred Sixty Seven And one half pounds of tobacco in Consideration
