                And the Said plaintif in his afd Capacity by his
        Said Attry for replication Says that the Said Defendts: hath
        not paid regularly the Severally Sums of tobacco to the Seve:
        =rall persons in the Dfts plea before Alledged as they
        the Sd Defendts: in their afd plea have averred and this he
        prays May be enquired of by the Country. Macklin pr qr.
