        And Whereupon the Said Plaintiff in his afd Capacity by Richd
        Macklin his Attry Complains that Whereas the Said Dennis Cantin
        in his life time to wit on the first day of March Anno Domi 1696
                               in Kent Coty
        At Chester river^ within the Jurisdiction of this Court by his certn.
        bill Obligatory Sealed with the seale of the Said Dennis Cantin
        And As his Act and deed delivered and here into Court brought
        Whose date is the afd day and year did bind himself his heires
        Executrs. and Admrs to pay unto the Said Benjamin Dollen
        his heires Exrs Admrs. or Assignes the afd Sume of 693lb tobo~
        Qualifyed as afd at or upon the tenth day of Octobr then next
        Ensuing the date of the Said bill obligatory to be paid
        Convenient in Chester river Yet Notwithstanding the Said Denis
        Cantin in his life time nor the Said Susannah when Sole nor
        the Said Thomas Tagg and Susannah his wife after their
        Intermarriage the afd Sume of 693lb tobacco unto the Said Benja:
        Dollin according to the tenr. of the Said bill obligatory in the
        life time of the Said Benja. Did not pay Nor to the Sd Plaintfs
        after the death of the Said Benjamin the Said Sume of
        693lb Tobo. have not as yet payd but the Same to pay the Sd.
        Thomas and Susannah have and as yet do deny and unjustly
        detaine to the damage of the Said Benjamin Dollens Estate
        in the hands of the Said plaintf. 786lb. tobo. and thereupon
        he brings this Suit, And into Court his letters of Admrcon where
        =by It Appears &ca. Macklin pr qr. pledges &ca. Jno. Doe R: Roe ==
           And A Coppy of the sd decln having been Served wth. the writ
        According to Act of Assembly in order for An Immediate
        Tryall, The Cause was Contd. untill next Court by Consent
           At Which Said Next Court to wit the 24th. day of March
        All proceedings being by virtue of An Act of Assembly
        in that Case prticularly Made ^is Adjourned Continued untill
        the first tuesday of Aprill This cause was Contd. Accordingly. ~
           Att Which Said first Tuesday of Aprill to wit this Seventh
        of the Same Month 1702 / Comes the Sd Defendants by Mich
        Earle their Attory who defends the force And Injury when &ca
        And for plea Sayth that No process Issue nor other ^things be done
        against the Said Defs. for that the Admrs. Sayth that they
        have Regularly paid diverse Sums of tobacco Amounting unto
