                          Richard Parnes Comes into open Court and makes Choice of Capt. Wm.
                          Hacket for his gardian which choice was by the court approved

                          John Hylliard bound by the discretion of this Court to Serve Matthew Mason
                          for the Space of Three yeares from this day next Ensuing ~~

                          himself to be bound unto his Sacred Majty King Wm. the third his heires and
                          Successors in the Sume of ten pounds Sterlg. John Hughs likewise comes into Court
