                          The Petition of John Hicks wherein he prays A Maintenance from ye
                          County read and ordered thereupon That Thomas Scottin of Sd. County
Hicks’s peto.       find the Said petr. with competent cloathing and other accomodations
                          vizt. Meat Drink Washing and Lodging for the Space of one whole
                          year next ensuing, and that the Said Thomas Scottin be allowed there
                          :fore by the county at ye Expiration of the time afd. ye Sume of twelve
                          hundred pounds of Tobacco

                                    The Petition of Cornelius Comegeys read as follo. vizt.
                          To the Worpfull Justices of Kent County in Court Sitting, The peto. of Cornelius
                          Comegeys, sheweth ~
                                                   That yr. petr. being appointed one of the Trustees in the
                          Will of Francis Ffinch decd and there being Elevents thousand and odd
                          pounds of Tobacco due out of the deceds estate to Samuel Son of Said
                          Francis And left in the hands of John Trew who married the mother
                          of Said Samuell
                                    Yr. petr. prays that this Court would well enquire into the Same
                                    and take Security for ye. Said tobo. from the parties hands the
                                    Same Shall be found. And yr. Petr. Shall pray ~
                          Which Said peto. being read It appeared to this Court that the Said tobo. was
                          Lodged in the hands of John Toaes, Whereupon ordered that the Said Toaes
                          Appear at the next Court to be held for ye. Said County And then and there
                          make answer unto Such things as Shall be required of him concerning thesd prms

                          Ordered That Lambert Wilmer have a Warrt. directed to him
                          to clear a Road ye. nearest way from Willmers Mill into Cecill road
                          which was accordingly done ~

                          Ordered That Abraham Ambrose be appointed Constable in ye. Stead
                          and place of Geo: Lumley for ye. Ensuing year ~ who was accordingly
                          Sworn thereto ~

                          Ordered That the rates of Liquors be the Same for ye. Ensuing year
                          as they were for ye. preceeding year ~
