	\| and Cornelius Mason of a plea y^t he rend^r. unto them y^e full & Just Sum^e of
	four thousand one hundred Seaventÿ four pounds of Everÿwaÿ well —
	Conditioned tobacco in Cask which to them he oweth and from them he

     Seale as his act and Deed Delivered and here in Court brought whose Date is y^e Same Daÿ & year Did bind
     himselfe his heires Ex^rs adm^rs to paÿ or cause to be paid unto y^e S^d pltfs their heires Ex^rs adm^rs Certaine att^rÿ or assignes the
