      him brought and is |therefore ) willing y^t Judg^t be Int^d &c^a Where y^e Said Said —
      Natthaniel Wright one of y^e S^d pltf here in Court releases y^e Said Def^t the
      Sum^e of nine hundred and Sixtÿ pounds of tobacco of y^e Debt afs^d, and prays
      That y^t y^e S^d Judg^t maÿ be Int^d fo^r y^e residue of y^e Debt afs^d being three
      thousand two hundred and fourteen pounds of tobacco &c^a
           Which being bÿ y^e Court heard and understood It is therefore Considered
        Here bÿ y^e Justices this 26^th Daÿ of June anno Dni 1705 y^t y^e pltfs
      recov^r ag^t y^e Said Def^t as well y^e Sum^e of three ~~hundred~~ thousand two hundred &

      willfull & corrupt p^rjurÿ bÿ falcelÿ and unjustlÿ proveing an acc^t in S^d Court ag^t ag^t one Allx^r Graves
      & and his wife upon an accõn Defending between S^d Graves plt^f & S^d Whitehead Def^t in S^d Co^rt
      &c^a Contrarÿ to her Majestÿes peace & a Certaine act of assemblÿ in y^t Case made & p^rvided

      And y^e Said Def^t |in answer to y^e S^d bill, att his now appearing | Saith y^t he is not Guiltÿ and
      of this he putts himselfe upon y^e Contrÿ,
      and he y^t fallowes fo^r our Ladÿ y^e Queen Saith he is G^uiltÿ Earle p^r Dña Regiña

        Whereupon Comãnd is Given to y^e Sherff of Kent Countÿ y^t he Imediatelÿ Cause to come
      here twelve &c^a bÿ whom &c^a who neither &c^a because as well &c^a and y^e S^d Sher^f makes
      retⁿ of his p^rcept y^e Same Daÿ & year and Saÿeth y^t he hath here readÿ twelve & as bÿ
      his S^d p^rcept his was Comãnded viz^t W^m. ffisbÿ, Matthew Smith, Jn^o Hodges, Geo: Copper,
      W^m. Price, Phill^p Davis, John Deale, Jn^o. Sweatnam, Tho^s Punneÿ, Peter Green, James Kearseÿ, Geo:
      ffoxon, Who being Duelÿ Ellected trÿed & Sworn to trÿ y^e Issue Joÿned between our
      Said Ladÿ and y^e afs^d Whitehead Doe Saÿ upon their oathes wee of y^e Jurÿ finds
      the prison^ratt y^e barre not Guiltÿ Which being bÿ the Court heard and understood
        Therefore it is Considered here bÿ y^e Justices this 26^th Daÿ of June anno Dñi
      1705 y^t y^e S^d William Whitehead) be Clearlÿ acquit & Discharged from y^e Same paÿing his ffees
           and the S^d William Whitehead praÿs this Court y^t he maÿ be Cleared bÿ —
      p^rclamation according to form, and it is Granted unto him, Thereupon The
      Creÿer of this Court makes a proclamation in Due form according to Law
      bÿ w^ch he Clears y^e S^d William Whitehead |as to y^e Indictm^t afs^d ) accord to
