      and y^e S^d Def^t being Called app^rs Whereupon y^e S^d pltf bÿ Michael Earle
      his Att^rÿ praÿs baile to y^e accõn afs^d which is Granted bÿ y^e Court —
      Thereupon Christopher Phillipson here in Court becometh Especiall
      baile according to act of assemblÿ , Then Cometh y^e Said Def^t in open
      Court |y^e daÿ and year afs^d ) in her p^rper p^rson and Confesseth Judg^t to y^e accõn
      afs^d according to Law
        Which being bÿ y^e Court heard and fullÿ understood It is bÿ y^e Justices
      here Considered y^e Same Daÿ and year y^t y^e Said pltf recover a^t y^e S^d
      Def^t as well the Sum^e of                                                              pounds of
      tobacco y^e Debt as y^e Sum^e of                                                    pounds of

	thereof Endorsed CNon Est Invintus &c^a

      Againe the Second Comãnd was Given to y^e Sher^f of Said Countÿ ~~to take y^e~~ y^e 31^th
      Daÿ of March last to take y^e Said William if to be found &c^a to answer unto
      Robert Jones of Tallbott Countÿ in y^e Province of Marÿland Planter of ~
      a plea y^t he rend^r. unto him y^e full Sum^e of Eleaven hundred pounds of —
      good Sound Merchantable tobacco in Cask to Containe to Containe y^e Same w^ch to him
      he oweth and from him he unjustlÿ Detanes as bÿ a bill and Decloⁿ filed
      in this Court bÿ Michael Earle att^rÿ fo^r y^e Said pltf y^e Same app^rs.
          And now here this 26^th Daÿ of June anno Dñi 1705 being y^e Daÿ of y^e retⁿ
      of y^e retⁿ of y^e S^d last writt: y^e Sher^f makes retⁿ hereof Endorsed Cepi Corpus p^r
      p^r me Edward Scott Sher^f
           Whereupon the y^e Said ~~pltf~~ Def^t appears, and being held to baile att y^e request
       of y^e pltf Geo: Lumleÿ here in Court assumes to be Especiall baile fo^r y^e Said
      Def^t according to Law, and after y^t | being y^e Daÿ and year afs^d ) y^e S^d Def^t
      Comes into Court in his p^rper p^rson Confesseth Judg^t to y^e pltf afs^d fo^r y^e Debt
      afs^d and Cost of Suit, provided y^t noe Execution Shall Issued or Leavÿed ag^t or
      upon him y^e Def^t afs^d fo^r Judg^t afs^d untill after y^e tenth Daÿ of October
      next .
         Which being bÿ y^e Court heard and fullÿ understood It is therefore Considered
      here bÿ y^e Justices this 26^th Daÿ of June afs^d that y^e Said plt^f recov^r ag^t y^e ~
      Said Def^t as well y^e Sum^e of Eleaven hundred pounds of tobacco quallÿfÿed as
