      Edmund Mackdaniel in A plea of Trespass
           upon the Case for the Sume of four hundred and thirty Seven
           pounds of tobacco    The plaintiff in his proper prson Appeares
           to the Accon afd wherein the decln having been Sent with
           the writt the Said Accon stands for tryall    And the Said Deft:
           Sayth yt. As to the Sume of four hundred and thirty Seven
           pounds of Tobacco ye. debt afd    he Cannot Say but that he
           is And Stands Justly indebted unto the Said Peregrine Brown
           in the Same And is therefore willing that Judgt. be entered
           Against him for the Same //
                Which being by the Court heard it is by the Justices
           Considered that the Said Peregrine Brown Recover agt.
           the Said Edmund Mackdaniel As well the Sume of four
           hundred and thirty Seven pounds of tobo. debt afd as also
           the Sume of One hundred and ninety nine ~ pounds of tobo. cost
           of Suit And the defendt. in Mercy &ca.

        by Richard Macklin his Attorney Comes and Appeares to prSecute
        in the Accon Afd And prays that the Said Deft. (having been Servd
        with the writt and declaration afd) May unto his declaration
        Answer, which was granted him: but the Said Elizabeth Moun:
        :Sier by her Self or her Attorney (altho Solemnly called) Cometh
        To Make defence in the Accon afd but Makes default. ~
           Which being by the Court heard and understood It by them
        Considered this Seventh day of Aprill Anno Domi 1702 that
        the Said Geffry Power recover against the Said Elizabeth
