        And how you Execute this writt that by good and lawfull men
        of your bayliwick you Make known unto the Party or prties
        in whose hands you make the Same Attachment So that
        he She or they be and prsonally Appear At the time and place
        afd to Shew Cause if Any they have why the Same Should
        not be condemned in their hands in Satisfaccon of the Said Debt
        and Costs According to An Act of Assembly in that Case
        Made and provided hereof faile not And have you then
        And there this writt Wittness Thomas Smyth Gentleman Chfe

           from which Said Day of March all writts precepts prcess &
        Attachmts. being Continued untill this Seventh day of Aprill
        by An Act of Assembly in Such case provided. The Sherf:

          Attached in the hands of Wm. Sweatnam of the Estate of

        Made retn of his writt that he had Served with ye. Copy of
        the declaration afd: Whereupon the Said Edmund Mackdaniel
        Appeares And Says that he Cannot gainsay the plaintiff his
        Accon So as afd Against him brought nor but that he
        is and Stands Justly indebted unto the Said Stephen and Compa:
        in the Sume afd And is therefore willing yt. Judgt. be
        Entered against him for the Same.
                Which being by the Justices in Court heard It was by
        them Considered this Seventh day of Aprill Anno Domi 1702
        that the Said Stephen Creagh and Compa. recover against the Sd
        Edmund Mackdaniel As well the Sume of twelve hundred
        And Eighty four pounds of tobacco ye. debt afd As the Sume
        of two hundred and forty Seven pounds of tobo. Cost of Suit & ye. deft in Mercy
