	\| Courseÿ of Tallbott Countÿ Gentⁿ of a plea y^t he Should Deliver unto him
	one Gun: or fowling piece of y^e vallue of one pouns ~~Ster~~ five Shills
	Ster^g one brand Iron for y^e branding of horses of y^e vallue of Seaven
	Shills Ster^g and one Lock for a Door of y^e vallue of four Shills &
	Six pence which from himhe unjustlÿ Deatines —

      And whereupon y^e S^d John bÿ Michael Earle his att^rÿ Complaines & Saith y^t whereas
      on y^e 15^th Daÿ of 9ber an^o Dñi 1702 in S^d Countÿ w^thin y^e Jurisdiction of this Court
      for a Certaine Sum^e of tobacco between y^e S^d Mathew & y^e S^d John and then &
      there Secured to be paid bÿ y^e S^d John unto y^e S^d Mathew Delivered unto y^e
      Said Matthew y^e afs^d Gun^e brand Iron & Lock y^e vallue in y^e whole amõunting
      to y^e Sum^e of one pounds Sixteen Shills & Six pence Ster^g to have Some Imp^r -
      fections amended in y^e afs^d Chattells bÿ him y^e S^d Matthew being a Smith —
      as afs^d and to have y^e Same Chattells redelivered unto him y^e S^d John in Some —
      re^asonable time afterwards when thereunto required yett nevertheless y^e
      Sd Matthew The afs^d Gunn^e brand Iron & Lock unto y^e S^d John although
      often requested he hath not nor Either of y^e S^d Chattles redelivered but y^e
      Same to redeliver he hath Denÿed and refused and Still Doth Denÿ & refuse
      and unjustlÿ Detains to y^e Damãge of y^e S^d John 3^ls:13^s: Ster^g and thereupon he

      Trÿed & Sworn to Saÿ y^e truth in y^e p^rmises Doe Saÿ upon their oathes we
      of y^e Jurÿ find for y^e Jurÿ in Damãges fiftÿ pounds of tob^o & Cost of
      Suit —
