      assumed & unto y^e Edward then & there faithfullÿ p^rmissed y^t he y^e S^d

      residue thereof being 12822^{ls tob^o} and 8^ls:17^s:00^d y^e afs^d Thomas his p^rmiss &
      assumption afs^d little minding or regarding but plotting Contriveing and
