           Saith y^t whereas y^e S^d Edward in y^e 25^th Daÿ of 9ber An^o Dñi 1703 in Ceecill
           Countÿ afs^d w^thin y^e Jursidiction of this Court att y^e Speciall Instance &
           request of y^e S^d Thomas Sold & Delivered unto y^e S^d Thomas y^e quantitie
           of Eleven Gallons & one halfe of rum^e att Seaventÿ pounds of tob^o. p^r
           Gallon amõunting in y^e whole to y^e Sum^e of Eight hundred & five pounds
           of tob^o In Condrãion Whereof y^e S^d Thomas upon himselfe assumed and
           unto y^e S^d Edward faithfullÿ p^rmissed y^t he y^e S^d Thomas y^e afs^d Sum^e
           of 9 805^ls of tob^o according to his p^rmiss & assumption affores^d he wold well
           And truelÿ paÿ when thereunto afterwards required yett Neverthe=
           less the S^d Thomas y^e afs^d Sum^e afs^d Sum^e of 805^ls of tob^o according to his p^rmiss-
           & assumption afs^d unto y^e S^d Edward he hath not paid altho^h often Demanded
           but y^e Same to paÿ he hath Denÿed & refused & Still Doth Denÿ & refuse
           and unjustlÿ Detaine to y^e Damage of y^e S^d Edward 1610^ls of tob^o and
