Tayler Continue keeping the fferry at Chester The Ensueing Year, & to be allowed for ye Same four Thousand pounds of Tobacco Orderd That The Clk of this Court Issue out a Sumons for George Smith in Isle and hundred to appear here next Court to Answer Such things as shall be alleadged against him wch was Accordingly done GLumley Clk Orderd That a sumons be Issued out for John Davis of the Same hundred to appear as an Evidence agt ye above Sd Geo: Smith wch was allsoe done, GLumley Clk Read The Peticon of Isaac Caulke as followeth To The Worshpfull Commissrs of Kent County Court The Humb: Peticon of Isaac Caulke Requesting Your Worshps to Admitt Yor Petticonr. to keep an Ordnary where he now lives in Sd.
