        the Allegations and pleadings on both Sides being heard Do Say
        upon their Oaths we of the Jury find the Said Defendt. Guilty of

        that the Said Mary Oneale this twenty Seventh day of Janry
        Anno Domi 170½ be taken by the Sherf to the Whiping post
        Immediately, And there receive Three Lashes on the bare back
        Well Laid on And that Neale Oneale husband of the Said Mary
        Oneale Satisfy and pay all fees Accrewing upon the Sd prSecution
        to the Severall officers to whom they are Due ~

        Considered that^by the Cort here this twenty Seventh day of Janry
        Anno Domi 170½ that the ^Sd Samuell Tovy be fined unto our Sd
        Lord the King ye. Sume of One hundred pounds of tobacco to ye. Uses
        in the Act of Assembly Contained and Expressed And that the
        Said Samuell pay all fees accrewing upon the prosecution afd.

   thereupon Submits to the Court Who thereupon releases and dis=
