        in the Premises and having heard the pleadings and Allegations on
        both Sides do Say upon their Oaths we of the Jury find ye. Deft not
        not guilty of the fact whereof he Stands indicted ~
           Which being by the Court heard the day and year afd it is by them
        Considered that the Said Phillip Holeager be acquitted of and from the
        indictment afd. he paying his fees according to Law ~ ~

           the Said Mary absconded and Conceald her Self So from the sight of the
           Sherf that She Could not be taken untill this present Court The Sd
           Presentmt. is ^now formed into A Bill of indictment which follows in
           these words:
                     Kent Ss: The Jurors for our Sovereign Lod the King that now is for
           the body of Kent County upon their oaths do present Mary Oneale
           of Kent County Spinster als dicts Mary Oneale for yt. She the Said Mary
           At Easterneck hundred in Kent County within the Jurisdiction of ~
           this Court the fear of God before her Eys not having but being on Evill
           and wicket mind together with acertaine Thomas Tolley the tenth day
           of November Anno Domi 1700 did and Still doth incontinently Coha=
           =bit and the Company of the Said Thomas frequent against the peace
           of our Lord the King and against the form of the Act of Assembly
           in that case made and provided.    Macklin pr Dno Rege ~ ~
           Whereupon the Said Mary, having heard the Said Indictment read &
           being demanded Whether She was gilty of the indictmt. afd or not guilty

           and how ^ Should be tryed, Says, that    She is not gilty of ye. prmises and for
           tryall puts herself upon the Countrey :
                     And the King in like Manner . Macklin pr Dno Rege
           Whereupon Command is given the Sherf of Kent County yt. he immediately
           Cause to Come here twelve &ca. by whom &ca. who doth not &ca. to recognize
           &ca. because As well &ca. And now here the Same day to wit the 27th:
           day of Janry Anno Domi 170½ Comes the Said Sherf and Makes retn of his
           Said precept that he has here twelve &ca. as by his precept it was
           Commanded (that is to Say) John Hamer Samll Wallis. Wm. Price Richd.
           Fillingham. Thomas Scottin. Wm. Robinson, Henr Jackson John Jordan
           John Hollinsworth John Hughs Wm. Comegies and Samll Tovy who
