       Att w^ch Said p^rsent Court to witt this 25^th Daÿ of Ja^rÿ anno Dñi 1703⁴ Comes y^e S^d Def^t
      bÿ his att^rÿ afs^d, but y^e S^d pltf, Doth not appear neither bÿ himselfe nor his —
      Att^r., nor yett noe Declaⁿ filed to Declaⁿ y^e Case of accon whereupon y^e S^d pltf bÿ his
      S^d att^rÿ praÿs a non Suit according to y^e rules of this Court
        It is therefore Considered here bÿ y^e Court this 25^th Daÿ of Ja^rÿ an^o 1703⁴ y^t
      the S^d Antho^y Richardson take nothing bÿ his writt afs^d & y^t y^e S^d Joⁿ Young goe
      thereof w^thout Daÿ It is likewise Considered y^e Same Daÿ & year ag^t y^e Said John —
      Young recover a^t y^e S^d Antho^y Richardson as well y^e Sum^e of fiftÿ pounds of
      tobacco for a nonsuit according to act of assemblÿ, as y^e Sum^e of two hundred
      and nineteen pounds of tob^o for his Cost & Charges laid out & Expended —

	of Benjamin Dollin late of y^e Kindgome of Endland Deceased was attached
	to answer unto John Hamer of a plea of trespass upon y^e Case —
	as maÿ more att large appear p^r a Declaⁿ filed in this Court in Due
	form &c^a

      Whereupon y^e S^d Jeremia Comes into Court in his p^rper person and Confesseth Judg^t
      to y^e S^d accõn, viz^t to y^e Sum^e of five pounds Eight Shills Ster^g y^e Sum^e in y^e pltfs —
      Declaⁿ mentioned
           It is therefore Considered here bÿ y^e Court this 25^th Daÿ of Jan^rÿ anno Dni
      1703⁴ that y^e S^d John Hamer pltf recover ag^t afs^d Jera^a Miles in S^d Capacitie
      Def^t as well y^e Sum^e of five pounds Eight Shills y^e Debt afs^d as y^e Sum^e of
      two hundred thirtÿ of nine pounds of tobacco Cost of Suit & y^e Def^t in mercÿ &c^a

a^t	\| June anno Dñi 1703 to take Jeremia Miles adm^r &c^a of Benj^an
Jer^a Miles adm^r &c^a	\| Dollen late of y^e Kingdome of England Deceased, if to be found in
	his Bailewick & him Safe keep Soe y^t y^w: have his bodÿ before
	the Justices of Kent Countÿ Court to be held att y^e Court house
	on Chester River on y^e fourth Tuesdaÿ in 7ber fallowing to an=
	Swer unto John Hamer of a plea of trespass upon y^e Case

      And when y^e Daÿ of y^e return of y^e writt Came, The Sher^f made return hereof
       Cepi Corpus p^r                 —            —       John Hawkins Sher^f
           Whereupon the S^d Def^t appeared and Edward Bonwick his att^rÿ praÿed leave
      To Imparle thereunto untill next C^ourt- And he hath it the Same Daÿ is Given the
      platf allsoe att w^ch Said next Court to witt one 25^th Daÿ of 9ber anno Dñi 1703
      This accõn was Continued untill next Court att w^ch S^d next Court to witt this
      twentÿ fifth Daÿ of Ja^rÿ anno Dñi 1703⁴ comes as well y^e S^d Def^t bÿ
      his S^d attorneÿ as y^e S^d Pltf bÿ Richard Macklin & Michael Earle his
      att^rys whos Declaⁿ as falloweth viz^t
