   Lord Christ 1701 att Chester River in Kent Countÿ w^thin y^e Jurisdiction of this Court
   in Consideraion y^t y^e S^d David then & there y^t is to Saÿ att Chester Riv^r: afs^d from
   y^e first Daÿ of 9ber anno Dñi 1701 untill the last Daÿ of Ja^rÿ in the Same
   year att y^e Speciall Instance & request of y^e S^d Phillip wo’ld work & Labour
   for y^e S^d Phillip upon y^e S^d Phillips plantaiõn att Chester afs^d & likewise Direct
   advice & Instruct y^e S^d Phillip’s Servants upon his y^e S^d Phillip’s plantaion afs^d
   in Such Labour & businsess as in y^e S^d David’s Discresion & Judg^t was Necessarÿ to be
